This class is targeted at people who aren’t as strong and supple as they once were. It’s for people who would like to improve on mobility and learn how to strength train. Learning strength training techniques is an invaluable skill you’ll have for life. Throughout this class, we will be working on basic movement patterns to make sure you are competent with technique first.
For example, the deadlift. Once you can complete this movement competently, a Chartered Physiotherapist will be at hand to help you progress with the weight. This style of training is designed to improve your movement patterns and build strength in a safe way. This is an eight-week program which will take place weekly here in our Clinics Gym in Gorey.
You move poorly because you move poorly, being tight isn’t a problem for your body, that is its solution to weakness. If you are in pain or have concerns, you may benefit from an initial one-to-one Physiotherapy session to ensure you are suitable for the class and prepare you appropriately.
Master Movers holds a maximum of 6 people per class.
The class will take place weekly here in our Clinic Gym in Gorey, for a block of 8 weeks.
The cost of the 8 week block is €120.
