All the physiotherapists at Physio Solutions are experts in treating injury and pain. Each Physiotherapist has earned a university degree in Physiotherapy and are registered Chartered Physiotherapists. They have done extensive postgraduate training in many different areas. They are passionate about their work and enjoy what they do so you can be guaranteed the highest standard of care in our comfortable and convenient facilities in the heart of Gorey.

Adrian is a Chartered Physiotherapist and clinic owner at Physio Solutions. He graduated from UCD in 2004 with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy. Following this he started his career in the Mater hospital in Dublin working with a variety of different medical and physical conditions.
Following this he decided to travel to Perth, Western Australia to further improve his skills in the area of ‘hands on’ Manual Therapy and completed a post-graduate certificate in Orthopaedic Manual therapy from Curtain University. He gained further private practice experience before opening up Physio Solutions in Gorey in 2008. His two main areas of interest are in manual therapy and exercise as medicine. He enjoys seeing a diverse range of clients and gets particular satisfaction treating those with longstanding or chronic pain. He strives to ensure a lasting relief from pain and dysfunction for his clients. He has trained extensively in the area of exercise prescription and he uses many different approaches depending on his client’s needs. From postural control, and stability exercises to ensure efficient pain free movement; or resistance training to improve exercise capacity, performance or strengthen a particular injured structure.
In recognition of the importance of rehabilitative exercise he developed the rehab gym at Physio Solutions to have the facilities available to provide the best standard of care. He has served as head physiotherapist to both the Wexford senior Football and Hurling teams and he currently looks after the Naomh Eanna GAA teams. He has also trained in the areas of Dry Needling, Orthotic prescription, Injection therapy, Vestibular rehabilitation.
In his spare time Adrian enjoys keeping fit. He claims he was a half decent rugby player but now he happily looks after the Gorey under 9’s. He is a keen golfer and he also coaches kid’s golf in Courtown golf club. He enjoys gardening and beekeeping and he currently has 6 hives of bees. He is also an avid kitesurfer and has travelled all around the world to do this. He has three kids Dylan, Jessica and Roxie.
Nicole is a Chartered Physiotherapist (ISCP + HCPC). She graduated from the University of Brighton with a First-Class BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy.
Whilst in the UK, Nicole gained experience in the NHS in areas such as Intensive Care, Acute Neurology (Stroke) and Musculoskeletal Injuries. She then placed an additional internship with Brighton and Hove Albion FC where she diagnosed, treated and rehabbed professional athletes in a Premier League set up.
Nicole then went on to Switzerland to enhance her manual therapy skills with an International team of Physiotherapists and worked with Skiers and Snowboarders for a winter season.
Since returning to Ireland in May 2019, Nicole has been working here in Physio Solutions. She is also the current Lead Physiotherapist for the Wexford Senior Footballers for the 2019/2020 season. Nicole has completed training with the Australian Physiotherapy Pilates Institute and has started a Beginners Pilates Class here in the clinic.
She has also completed additional training in Ergonomics and Pitch side Trauma and First Aid. Nicole has a strong interest in sports and plays camogie, does power lifting and has just recently taken up kitesurfing.
Louise is a chartered physiotherapist. She graduated from University of Huddersfield with an honour’s degree in 2008, having previously obtained a Higher Certificate in Physiology and Health Science from the Institute of Technology, Carlow. She initially worked in the NHS and Private Sector in the UK gaining invaluable experience treating musculoskeletal and orthopaedic conditions, such as back pain, neck pain, sports injuries and pre and post op rehabilitation. She joined Physio Solutions in 2012.
Louise has experience treating a large variety of Musculoskeletal conditions and has advanced skills and training in the areas of; Strength and conditioning rehabilitation, Pilates, Orthopaedic manual therapy and dry needling. She has just recently completed a postgraduate certificate in spinal pain through UCD to further her expertise in treating spinal pain patients. Louise has a strong focus on exercise rehabilitation in addition to hands on therapy. She runs the Pilates classes here at Physio Solutions which have been very popular for the last number of years.
Louise is a sports enthusiast she has worked with many sports teams including two seasons as lead physio to the Wexford Senior football team. She played Gaelic football for may years before concentrating on running now and has completed several marathons.
